1. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping to all addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes). At this time, we do not offer international shipping directly through the website, but please contact us for special inquiries.

2. Processing Times

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Daily Cut-off: Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST will begin processing the same day.

  • Please note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We partner with reliable carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS to provide the best service.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

5. Handling of Fragile Goods

High-quality cookware and glassware require extra protection. Our team uses reinforced packaging and eco-friendly padding to prevent damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy or contact us immediately.

6. Order Issues & Lost Packages

Qravonitacosh is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping if the tracking shows "Delivered." However, if your package is significantly delayed or shows no movement, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
