1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items showing clear signs of use or food residue.

  • Customized or personalized culinary tools.

  • Gift cards.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at service@qravonitacosh.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at service@qravonitacosh.com with your order number.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
