1. Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed? To ensure the fastest delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. If you need to make changes, please contact us at service@qravonitacosh.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real-time.


2. Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from? Most of our orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Reedley, California.

What are your shipping times?

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days.

  • Please note that processing time may take 1–2 business days before the order leaves our warehouse.

Do you offer international shipping? Currently, we primarily serve the United States. For inquiries regarding international delivery, please contact our support team.


3. Product Care & Quality

Are Qravonitacosh products dishwasher safe? While many of our premium items are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing with mild soap to preserve the finish and longevity of high-end culinary tools. Please refer to the specific care instructions included with your product.

What materials are used in your cookware? We use professional-grade materials, including high-carbon stainless steel, BPA-free silicone, and ergonomic heat-resistant alloys, ensuring safety and performance for every meal.


4. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original packaging and unused condition for a full refund or exchange.

How do I start a return? Simply email service@qravonitacosh.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions.
